POSITION DESCRIPTION
The successful applicant will have strong references and data entry experience using MYOB.
Digital Education Services staff work together to create accurate and timely orders for our public library customers. The aim is to continue learning and enjoy flexible hours at a friendly, supportive workplace.
This position reports to Thérèse Harrington, Customer Support Manager, who follows the company philosophy of exceptional internal and external customer service. The role provides a great opportunity to use your fast and accurate data entry skills and work with a small respected team at a convenient South Melbourne location.
Workplace tasks include:
- Raising purchase orders and bills using MYOB
- Data entry
- Maintaining up to date office records
- Processing stock
- Packing/unpacking/allocating stock
- General administrative duties
Skills required:
- MYOB experience essential
- Ability to work in a small team environment
- Outstanding customer service
- Attention to detail
- Great attitude and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Intermediate MS word and excel
- Willingness to assist with additional duties when required
- Resourcefulness and confidence to take initiative

Conditions:
Commencing rate of $22.00ph plus super of 9% pro-rata.
Position review after a three-month trial period
Hours of employment are 9.00am to 5.00pm negotiable. Thirty minutes lunch break
Days and hours per week may vary to suit the needs of both employee and employer.
